Commitment Change Orders – Overview

 

Overview

This form displays any Change Orders for the selected, individual Commitment and is where Change Orders can be viewed, added, edited or deleted.

 

1)     Select the Commitment that the Change Order is to be added to. See View or Edit an existing Commitment.

The View/Add/Edit a Subcontract or View/Add/Edit a Purchase Order form displays.

2)     From the navigation menu option on the form, click Change Orders.

A list form appears and any existing Change Orders display. 

The List of Change Orders for a specific Commitment has the same header and footer as the View/Add/Edit Subcontract form and View/Add/Edit Purchase Order – Form. The Commitment status can be changed from the Change Order list, as well the navigation menu can be clicked on to toggle between the forms. See

Steps 

Sort by different columns to view the information

1)     To sort by a column, click on the column header. The arrows next to the column header name, will show which way the information is sorting, ascending or descending.

2)     To toggle between sorting directions, click on the column header again. 

Add a Commitment Change Order 
View or Edit an existing Commitment Change Order 
Delete Commitment Change Order
