Contract Change Orders – Status

Where the Contract Change Order Status displays and is used

There are various pre-set system statuses used to manage a Contract Change Order throughout its life cycle. See Contract Change Orders – Status for more information.

The following describes where the Contract Change Order Status displays and is used:

  • Contracts - List of All Change Orders (all Contracts Change Orders for the entire project). (see Contracts - List of All Change Orders - Overview).
  • Contract Specific Change Orders List (Only Change Orders for a specific Contract for the project)
    • Are displayed on the Contracts Change Orders List and can be sorted on Status.
  • Contract Change Orders export of the Change Request to a PDF (displays on the PDF). (see Contract Change Order - Export).
  • Project Reports (show only Contract Change Orders for this project).
    • Can be displayed on Contract Change Orders report(s) for this Project.
    • Can be used on the Contract Change Orders report(s) for this Project as a Filter to show only Contract Change Orders with certain status(es).
  • Contract Change Order Reports (for all Contracts on all Projects) (see Reports)
    • Can be displayed on Contract Change Order Report(s)
    • Can be used on the Contracts Change Order Report(s) as a Filter to show only Contracts with certain Change Order status(es)
