Change Request - Schedule of Values - Bulk Actions
The Bulk Actions Button has functions to:
- Automatically add the selected Line Items to a Contract Change Order Schedule of Values. This can be an existing Contract Change Order or a new one (that can be created with this function).
- Automatically add the selected Line Items to a Commitment or Commitment Change Order Schedule of Values. The Line Items can be added to:
- An existing Subcontract or a new Subcontract (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Subcontract Change Order or a new Subcontract Change Order (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Purchase Order or a new Purchase Order (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Purchase Order Change Order or a new Purchase Order Change Order (that can be created with this function).
- Send RFQs
Note 1 * If Grouped List View is enabled (Change Requests - Multiple Lists and Views) the Bulk Actions function is also available from the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests. The difference is that on those lists, Line Items for one or multiple Change Requests can be selected at once. In the Bulk Actions function, from the Change Request Schedule of Values, only Line Items from this specific Change Request can be selected. Select Line Items and Invoke Bulk Actions Function
One or more Line Item(s) must be selected before the Bulk Actions button can be invoked:
- All Line Items can be selected
OR
- One or more individual Line Item(s) can be selected
At least one Line Item on the Change Request Schedule of Values must be selected for the Bulk Actions button to be enabled (i.e. the text is black):

If no Line Items are selected, the Bulk Actions button is not enabled to be clicked (i.e. the text is gray):

Note* Not all Line Items are selectable. See Change Request - Schedule of Values - Bulk Actions - Select Line Items for more information.
Status of Change Request and state of individual Line Items
The Status of the Change Request and whether or not the Line Items selected have already been assigned to a Contract Change Order or Commitment/Commitment Change Order will dictate what sub menu options are available on Bulk Actions.
Change Request(s) in a Rejected or Void Status
No Bulk Actions functions can be invoked for Line Items on a Rejected or Void Change Request:
- If the Change Request is in a Rejected or Void Status, Line Items can be selected, and the Bulk Actions function invoked, however, only the Commitments menu option displays and it is grayed out and not selectable
Change Request(s) not in a Rejected or Void Status
For Change Requests not in an Rejected or Void Status, the Bulk Actions functions that are available and how they function will depend on whether or not they have already been added on a Contract Change Order, Commitment or Commitment Change Order.
