Change Requests List - Bulk Actions
If the Grouped List View is enabled (see Change Requests - Multiple Lists and Views), there will be a Bulk Actions button that is available from either the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests (see Suggested Prior Reading above).
The Bulk Actions Button has functions to:
- Automatically add the selected Line Items to a Contract Change Order Schedule of Values. This can be an existing Contract Change Order or a new one (that can be created with this function).
- Automatically add the selected Line Items to a Commitment or Commitment Change Order Schedule of Values. The Line Items can be added to:
- An existing Subcontract or a new Subcontract (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Subcontract Change Order or a new Subcontract Change Order (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Purchase Order or a new Purchase Order (that can be created with this function).
- An existing Purchase Order Change Order or a new Purchase Order Change Order (that can be created with this function).
- Send RFQs
Note 1 * The Bulk Actions function is also available for each individual Change Request Schedule of Values (see Change Request - Schedule of Values - Bulk Actions). The difference between the Bulk Actions function on the Change Request Schedule of Values and the Bulk Actions function available on the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests, is that on an individual Change Requests Schedule of Values, only Line Items for that Change Request can be selected. However, on Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests, Line Items for one or multiple Change Requests can be selected at once. For example, two Line Items from two different Change Requests need to be created on the same Subcontract; this can be done in one step from the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests. This can also be accomplished by doing the Bulk Actions function from each individual Change Request Schedule of Values. However, in this scenario, it is two steps as each individual Change Request Schedule of Values would need to be accessed.
Note 2* The Bulk Actions functionality is not available in the Simple List View for the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests. To do the Bulk Actions function in the Simple List View, the individual Change Request Schedule of Values would need to be accessed (see Change Request - Schedule of Values - Bulk Actions)
Expand or Collapse the Change Order Row to view (and select) Line Items
When either the Change Requests List or the Contracts - List of all Change Requests is displayed, depending on where the list was invoked from, the list may display in a collapsed mode with just the Change Requests displaying or it may display in an expanded mode with Change Requests and all their Line Items displayed. Depending on what Line Items are being selected, the Change Request row may need to be expanded and/or collapsed as required. See All Change Requests Lists - Navigation - Rows (Grouped List View).
Filter, Search and Sort columns to view (and select) Line Items
The list of Change Requests can be searched or filtered to narrow the list of Change Requests. See All Change Requests Lists - Search and Filter (Grouped List View).
The different columns of information in the Change Request row can be sorted to find the Change Requests. See All Change Requests Lists - Sort Columns (Grouped List View).
Select Line Items and Invoke Bulk Actions Function
Line Item(s) from one or more Change Requests must be selected before the Bulk Actions button can be invoked:
- All Line Items for one or more Change Requests can be selected
OR
- One or more individual Line Items from one or more Change Requests can be selected
At least one Line Item on the List must be selected for the Bulk Actions button to be enabled (i.e. the text is black): 
If no Line Items are selected, the Bulk Actions button is not enabled to be clicked (i.e. the text is gray):

Status of Change Request and state of individual Line Items
The Status of the Change Request and whether or not the Line Items selected have already been assigned to a Contract Change Order or Commitment/Commitment Change Order will dictate what sub menu options are available on Bulk Actions.
Change Request(s) in a Rejected or Void Status
- If any of the Line Items selected are for a Rejected or Void Change Request, all the Sub Menus (Contracts, Commitments and Send RFQs) on the Bulk Action function are grayed out and not available.
Note* This occurs even if some of the selected Line Items are not from Void or Rejected Change Requests.
Change Request(s) not in an Approved Status
- If any of the Line Items selected are for a Change Request not in an Approved Status, the Contracts sub-menu on the Bulk Actions button will be grayed out and not available.
Note* This occurs even if some of the selected Line Items are from Approved Change Requests.
Selected Line Item(s) already assigned to Contract Change Orders
- If any of the Line Items selected have already been created on Contract Change Orders, the Contracts sub-menu on the Bulk Actions button will be grayed out and not available.
Note* This occurs even if some of the selected Line Items have not been created on a Contract Change Order.
Selected Line Item(s) already assigned to Commitments or Commitment Change Orders
- If any of the Line Items selected have already been created on Commitments or Commitment Change Orders, the Commitments sub-menu on Bulk Actions will be grayed out and not available.
Note* This occurs even if some of the selected Line Items have not been created on a Commitment or Commitment Change Order.
