Contracts - Financial Summary
JobPlanner does automatic pre-set calculations and stores the resulting values in pre-set data fields. These data fields are used in various places:
- Appear at the top of the Contracts List in the Financial Summary
- Can be displayed in Budget views
- Can be used in custom calculations
The status of a Contract determines which data field the values are calculated for and stored in. Contracts can have the following statuses:
- Draft
- Out for Bid
- Out for Signature
- Approved
- Complete
- Terminated

The following is an explanation of the data fields on the Contracts List - Financial Summary (Pending, Projected and Approved).
The data field is calculated by adding the total Contract value for all the Contracts with that Status(es). Note* Some statuses appear in multiple data fields.
The total Contract value includes taxes and financial markups.

Projected
