Settings
Each time the Inspections List is displayed, user defined settings are applied to determine what information displays and how. The following is explained in this help:
- Accessing the Related Settings
- Setting the number of rows per page to display
- Setting the columns that display
- Saving the changes
To Access Related Settings
- From the Inspections List (see Inspections List - Accessing), click on the Related Settings
button. - The Inspection Settings form displays.
To set the number of rows per page to display
- Click in the Rows per Page drop down and select the number to display or select All.
To change the Columns of information that display
The columns are turned on or off to display in the Select Columns section of the form.
If the column is turned on to display, the Show box will be filled in (blue). Otherwise it will be an empty box.

- Click on the Show box for the column(s) to turn on
- Click on the Show box for a column(s) turned on to turn if off
- Scroll through all available columns by clicking on the PREV | NEXT options at the bottom right of the form or click on the page numbers listed to go to that page. See Page Navigation for more information.
Save the Changes
- Click the Save
button when finished
OR
Click the Close 
button to not save the change and exit the form.
