Delete All Company Cost Codes

If JobPlanner is not integrated to an ERP system, there is an option to delete all the Cost Codes from the Company Cost Codes (see Settings - Cost Codes (and Cost Types) for more information).

This does not have any impact on Projects with those Cost Codes. Those project Cost Codes have to be deleted individually at the project level.

All Divisions will be deleted as well.

If JobPlanner is integrated to an ERP system, Company Cost Codes are maintained in the ERP and automatically updated here.

To Delete All Cost Codes
  1. From the Settings - Cost Code section, click the Delete All button.

A confirmation prompt appears, displaying the number of Cost Codes that will be deleted.

  1. Click the Delete button to delete all the Cost Types.

OR

Click the Cancel button to cancel the delete.
