Apply Filter to Narrow Approved/Unapproved Contacts
There is an option to filter the list of Contacts by whether or not they are approved or unapproved changes to the Company or Contact information.
For example, a sub-contractor is sent an invitation to bid.
The sub-contractor can login to JobPlanner and update their information.
For some organizations, the Contractors would like to review and approve any changes a sub-contractor makes to their information before publishing and using that information. This enables the Contractor to have full oversight over the Address Book (to ensure there are no duplicates, the Trades for that Company are set correctly, the information is set according to company standards for addresses etc.)
This is an advanced feature that is turned off by default. Contact Jobplanner to enable the feature to approve or disapprove changes to contacts.

To apply more criteria to narrow the list:
- Type text to search for. See Search Text.
- Select a Work Area or Office Location and search for all Contacts within a certain distance. See Location.
- Set a Filter on Contact Type, Contact Status or by Primary Contact. See Type, Status, Misc.
