Display of Commitment

The following outlines how the Contract Change Order may display on the Change Request Schedule of Values when there is an association.

The display depends on various factors:

  • The Status of the Change Request
  • Whether the Line Item on the Change Request Schedule of Values has been associated with a Line Item on a Contract Change Order Schedule of Values.
Change Request - Schedule of Values - Contract Change Order not Associated

The Contract Change Order (CO) can not be edited directly on the Change Request Schedule of Values.

If no Contract Change Order has been associated with the Change Request, the column is blank.

Change Request - Schedule of Values - Contract Change Order Associated

If a Contract Change Order has been associated with the Change Request, the Contract Change Order is displayed with a green check mark next to it to indicate this Change Request Line Item has been added specifically as a Line Item on a Contract Change Order (i.e. this Line Item specifically exists on a Contract Change Order and there is an association).

The Contract Change Order text is in blue text and it can be clicked on to go to the Contract Change Order - View/Edit form.
