Project Contacts (Other) - Remove
QUESTION: What happens if you remove a Project Contact that has been assigned to Actions Items, Punchlists etc. It seems to allow you to remove the project contact (so they can't be added to anything else going forward) BUT it still leaves them assigned to action items etc. Is this how its supposed to work?

Remove a Project Contact (Other)
A contact can be removed from a Project. If a Contact is removed from a project, they will still remain assigned to any items, such as Action Items, Punch List, Schedule Tasks etc. and they can still update the item, receive notifications etc. However, they just can not be assigned to any items on the project going forward.
To remove a Contact from any items they have been assigned, each item has to be manually edit and the contact changed or removed.
To Remove a Contact
- Go to the Project Contacts (Other) List, see Project Contacts (Other) List - Accessing
- Locate the Project Contact to have remove. See Project Contacts (Other) List - Search and Filter and Page Navigation.
- Right click on the Project Contact and select Remove from the context sensitive menu.
OR
Hover on the Project Contact Line and click the Remove button 
- A Confirmation prompt appears. Click Remove to remove the contact from the project contact list.
OR
Click Cancel to cancel the action.
