Inspection Schedules List Overview
This is where all the Scheduled Inspections are displayed.
The Inspection list can be navigated:
- Have the columns of information sorted for navigation.
- Navigating through a large number of contacts
It is also where:
- Inspection Schedules can be added
- Inspection Scheduled can be viewed or edited
- Inspection Schedules can be deleted
Navigating the Inspection Schedules List
The columns of information on the Inspection Schedules list can't be changed but they can be sorted in descending order or ascending order (if in descending order, numbers are listed first, then characters A to Z)
The column header will contain dark grey or light grey up and down arrows. A dark arrow indicates that column is the currently active sorted column and the way it is pointing indicates the sort order
- Dark Arrow Up: Ascending order
- Dark Arrow Down: Descending order
To change the column being sorted on
- Click on the column header to set the sort on that column
- To change the way a column sorts, click on the Column Header again to change the sort direction.
Navigating through large number of Contacts
If there are a larger number of Contacts (more than the number of Rows set to display per page), use the Page drop down, Prev, Next, and Page number buttons to toggle the information. See Page Navigation for more information.
