Contract Change Requests - Status
Where the Contract Change Request Status displays and is used
There are various pre-set system statuses used to manage a Contract Change Request throughout its life cycle. See Contract Change Requests – Status for more information.
The following describes where the Contract Change Request Status displays and is used:
- Contract Change Requests List (all Contracts Change Requests for the entire project). (see Contract Change Requests List - Overview).
- Can be displayed as a column on the Contract Change Requests List (see Contract Change Requests List - Settings), and then sorted on that Status.
- Can be used on the Contract Change Requests List as a temporary Filter to show only Contract Change Requests with certain status(es) (see Contract Change Requests List - Search and Filter).
- Can be included in exports of the Contract Change Request List (see Contract Change Requests List - Export).
- Export of the Change Request to a PDF (displays on the PDF). (see Change Request - Export).
- Project Reports (show only Contract Change Requests for this project).
- Can be displayed as a column on Contract Change Request report(s) for this Project.
- Can be used on the Contract Change Request report(s) for this Project as a Filter to show only Contract Change Requests with certain status(es).
- Contract Change Request Reports (for all Contracts on all Projects) (see Reports)
- Can be displayed as a column on Contract Change Request Report(s)
- Can be used on the Contracts Change Requests Report(s) as a Filter to show only Contract Requests with certain Change Request status(es)
- In Settings - can be used on the Contract Change Requests List as a Filter that is always applied when the list is displayed to show only Contract Change Requests with certain status(es) (see Change Requests List - Settings - Default Filter).
