Send RFQs - General Information
When sending an RFQ for a Change Request, there is a General section that has all the general information pertaining to the RFQ.
Some of the information may be prepopulated from the Change Request General Information or the Change Request Schedule of Values Line Items that were selected. See Change Request - Schedule of Values - Bulk Actions - Create and Send RFQs.
The following describes how to enter or change the information.
General Information
Modify the General Information as explained below.

Information | Description |
Title | This is set to the Change Request Number and Title (if one was entered). They are joined together with a dash separating them. The Title is optional and can be changed. Click in the field and change it if required. The Title displays on the:

Due Date | The date the Request is due to be responded to. This is required. The Due Date defaults to the current date but can be changed. Click in the Date field and from the calendar choose the Due Date OR Type the Due Date in. See Entering Dates for more information. The Due Date displays on the:

Description | This is set to the Change Request Description. This is optional and can be changed. Click in the field and change it if required. The Description displays on the:
