To View or Edit an Existing Contract Change Order
- Access the list of all Change Orders for all Contracts, see Contracts - Accessing List of All Change Orders.
For more information on the layout of the list of all Change Orders, see Contracts - List of All Change Orders - Layout and Navigation. - Search, Filter and/or Sort Columns to navigate the List of all Change Orders for all Contracts and locate the Change Order to view/edit.
- Edit or View the Change Order by hovering on the Change Order row and click on the View
button on the Contract row (in the far right column)

OR
Right click on a Contract and select View from the context sensitive pop-up menu.
Note* the context sensitive pop-up menu may have different options depending on the status of the Contract.

OR
Double click on the Contract Row.

The Contract Change Order - View/Edit form displays with the Contract Change Order Number and Contract Number at the top of the form (called Related Contract). The Contract Number is in blue text and can be clicked on to close this window and go to the Contract Add/Edit form (see Contracts - View/Edit).
The current Status is displayed below that.
The General component displays by default after the edit is initiated but other Components can be switched to via the Form Navigation Menu Options. See Contract Change Order – View/Edit - Form Layout and Navigation for more information.
