Expand and Collapse Section Overview
This help pertains to expanding and collapsing section on the Inspection Item section of the Inspection Template, for easier navigating and managing. The topics are:
- Collapse All Sections (just to see section titles and not the individual items in the section)
- Expand All Sections (to see all the individual items in each section)
- Collapse a Single Section

To Collapse All Sections
Note* A best practice before moving Sections is to collapse all the sections, to see only the Section Titles. Then drag the section to move it up or down in relation to other Sections.
- Click on the - sign in the gray header bar of the Inspection Items
All the sections are collapsed
To Expand All Sections

- Click on the + sign in the gray header bar of the Inspection Items
All the sections are expanded
Collapse a Single Section
- Click on the - sign in the first column of the Section to collapse
The section is collapsed.

The section is expanded.
