Contact Columns in the Contact Row
The following are the available Columns to display for Contact rows on the Contacts List.
Contact Rows display in the hierarchy of all Views.
The Contact columns that display can be set specific to each view.
The following are standard columns that are applicable for Views with the Contact Rows. It also outlines the type of information and contains a link to where more detail on that column can be found.
Types of information are:
- Calculated - the information is calculated automatically
- Company Level Information - this information is entered at the Company level and specific to a Company (but may appear on the Contact row)
- Contact Level Information - this information is entered for each individual Contact in the Company.

Company | The name of the Company. Company Level Information - See Company Details |
Contact | The name of the Contact. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Title | The Contact Title. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Address 1 | The Contact Address. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Address 2 | The Second line for the Contact Address. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
City | The Contacts City. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
State | The Contacts State. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Zip | The Contacts Zip Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Country | The Contacts Country. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Phone | The Contacts Work Phone. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Cell | The Contacts Cell Phone. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Fax | The Contacts Fax. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |

Contact ID | This is a calculated field. The Contact ID is automatically generated by the system when a Contact is added. It is a unique ID to identify the contact. It can't be changed. QUESTION - CAN YOU VERIFY THE ABOVE IS TRUE |
Company ID | This is a calculated field. The Company ID is automatically generated by the system when a Company is added. It is a unique ID to identify the company. It can't be changed. QUESTION - CAN YOU VERIFY THE ABOVE IS TRUE |
Selection Status | The status to indicate whether or not this Contact should be automatically selected in a select all function. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Union Status | The Company's Union Status. Company Level Information - See Company Details |
Labor Sector | The Company's Labor Sector. Company Level Information - See Company Details |
Certification | The Company's Certifications. Company Level Information - See Company Details |
Trades | These are all the Trades for the Contact. Contact Level Information - Trades are entered and maintained for each Contact. See View/Add/Edit Contacts (and Companies) - Trades. |
Grade | The averaged Grade for the Company for all projects and bidding processes that the Company has been added to and have been rated. Bidding Process Specific but averaged at the Company level. This also contains functionality to view and set the Grade for this specific Bidding process. See Bidding Messaging List - Company Grades for more information. |
Contact Type | The Type of Contact. Contact Level Information - See Contact Details. |
Activity | QUESTION - What is this? |
Prequal Percent | QUESTION - What is this? |
Custom Company Fields | Any Custom Fields that have been setup for Companies. Company Level Information - See Additional Company Details for more information. |
Custom Contact Fields | Any Custom Fields that have been setup for Contacts. Contact Level Information - See Additional Contact Details for more information. |
