Contact Columns in the Contact Row

The following are the available Columns to display for Contact rows on the Contacts List.

Contact Rows display in the hierarchy of all Views.

The Contact columns that display can be set specific to each view.

The following are standard columns that are applicable for Views with the Contact Rows. It also outlines the type of information and contains a link to where more detail on that column can be found.

Types of information are:

  • Calculated - the information is calculated automatically
  • Company Level Information - this information is entered at the Company level and specific to a Company (but may appear on the Contact row)
  • Contact Level Information - this information is entered for each individual Contact in the Company.

Info

If this is the Primary Contact, a crown appears in the info column to indicate that.

Company

The name of the Company.

Company Level Information - See Company Details

Contact

The name of the Contact.

Title

The Contact Title.

Address 1

The Contact Address.

Address 2

The Second line for the Contact Address.

The Contacts City.

Contact ID

This is a calculated field. The Contact ID is automatically generated by the system when a Contact is added. It is a unique ID to identify the contact. It can't be changed.

Company ID

This is a calculated field. The Company ID is automatically generated by the system when a Company is added. It is a unique ID to identify the company. It can't be changed.

Selection Status

The status to indicate whether or not this Contact should be automatically selected in a select all function.

Union Status

The Company's Union Status.

Labor Sector

The Company's Labor Sector.

Certification

The Company's Certifications.

Company Level Information - See Company Details

Trades

These are all the Trades for the Contact.

Contact Level Information - Trades are entered and maintained for each Contact. See View/Add/Edit Contacts (and Companies) - Trades.

Grade

The averaged Grade for the Company for all projects and bidding processes that the Company has been added to and have been rated.

Bidding Process Specific but averaged at the Company level.

This also contains functionality to view and set the Grade for this specific Bidding process.

Contact Type

The Type of Contact.
