The following are the available Columns to display for Company rows on the Contacts List. See Contacts – Accessing the list of Contacts.
Company Rows display in the hierarchy of the Trades by Company view and in the Companies View.
The Company columns that display can be set specific to each view.
The following are standard columns that are applicable for Views with the Company Rows. It also outlines the type of information and contains a link to where more detail on that column can be found.
Types of information are:
- Calculated - the information is calculated automatically
- Company Level Information - this information is entered at the Company level and specific to a Company.
- Contact Level Information - this information is entered for each individual Contact in the Company.

The name of the Company.

The name of the Primary Contact.

Primary User Type
The Type of the Primary Contact. Types are defined by System Administrators.

The Primary Contact Address.

The Second line for the Primary Contact Address.

Primary City
The Primary Contacts City.

Company ID
This is a calculated field. The Company ID is automatically generated by the system when a Company is added. It is a unique ID to identify the company. It can't be changed.

Union Status
The Company's Union Status.

Trades
This columns shows the trades for all Contacts that match the filter or search criteria set. QUESTION - TO BART IF THIS IS TRUE. because all contacts display regardless of filter.
Contact Level Information - Trades are entered and maintained for each Contact. See View/Add/Edit Contacts (and Companies) - Trades. The display of Trades at the Company level is automatically calculated based on the Trades for Contacts and the Trades Filter set. NOTE SEARCH FOR A CONTACT LISTS ONLY THAT CONTACT.
Grade
The averaged Grade for the Company for all projects and bidding processes that the Company has been added to and have been rated.
Bidding Process Specific but averaged at the Company level.
