Information - Hints
On the Bid Message List, if a Contact Row is displayed, there is by default an Info column displayed (the column can be removed from the view via the Settings). See Bid Status - Information.
Hover on the icon to see a hint about what the icon means and dates and times.
This will represent the latest actions for the emails. In some cases, there may be multiple icons.
Message Not Sent
If the Message has not yet been sent, the Info column is blank.
Last Delivered Email
If the Message has been sent but not yet opened, the Info column will have a closed email icon:
To see further information, hover the cursor on the email icon and the Last delivered email hint displays:
Last Opened Email
If the Message has been sent and opened, the Info column will have a open email icon and the Last opened email hint appears if the icon is hovered on:
Last Visited On
If the Message was delivered successfully and it was opened/viewed and the Contact used the links to go to JobPlanner website, the Last Visited On hint appears if the icon is hovered on:
Last Downloaded On
If the Message was delivered successfully and also that it was opened/viewed and the Contact used the links to go to JobPlanner website and they downloaded the drawings from the website, the Last Downloaded On hint appears if the icon is hovered on:
Last Message Failed
If the Message delivery failed, the Last Message Failed hint appears if the icon is hovered on:
