Bid Message List - Contacts - Info

On the Bid Message List, if a Contact Row is displayed, there is by default an Info column displayed (the column can be removed from the view via the Settings).

This Info column provides more information on whether the email and what the Contact has done.

The icons can be hovered on to display more information; such as what the icon means and a date and time it occurred.

Use this information in conjunction with the Bid Status (see Bids - Managing) to manage the Bid. For example, sending a Bid Reminder, sending a Project message etc.

Icon	Hint (if hover on icon)	Further Information
None	N/A	If the Info column is blank (no icons), it indicates that an email has not yet been sent.
Closed Email	Last Delivered Email On <Date> <Time>	This icon indicates that the email was delivered successfully and the date/time it was delivered. However, it also indicates that although it was successfully delivered, it was not opened or read yet.
Open Email	Last Opened Email On <Date> <Time>	This icon indicates that the email was delivered successfully and was also opened/viewed and the date/time it was opened/viewed.
Eyeball	Last Visited On <Date> <Time>	This icon indicates that the email was delivered successfully and also that it was opened/viewed and the Contact used the links to go to JobPlanner website. If they went to the website and didn't do anything, the status will show as pending. Otherwise, if they did an action on while on the website, the status will be set to that. See Bids - Managing.
Downward Arrow	Last Downloaded On <Date> <Time>	This icon indicates that the email was delivered successfully and also that it was opened/viewed and the Contact used the links to go to JobPlanner website and they downloaded the drawings from the website.
Warning Sign	Last Message Failed	This icon indicates the message failed to deliver. Check the email address and try sending the message again.
