Filter Participants - Status
The Status section of Filter Participants has options for two different status types:
- Project Message Status
- Email Unsent Status
These two status are used independently of each other:
Either select one or more Project Message Statuses OR select the Unsent Status.
If one or more Project Message Statuses are selected the Unsent Status is not used (whether it is checked or not).
If nothing is checked then no filter status is applied.

Project Message Status
Project Message Statuses are associated with the Bid Response and are used to manage the Bid Responses. Project Message Statuses are both preset in the system, but can be managed by System Administrators. The following is the default list of Project Message Statuses but they may differ if the System Administrator has changed them.
Not all the statuses available may display. Only the Statuses currently applicable to Bidding Participants in the list are displayed.
The number of each type of status is also listed in brackets after the status.
Multiple Project Message Statuses can be selected and they will have an OR status applied. i.e. if Accept and Awarded are checked, the logic will be "Accept OR Awarded". (Note* If at least one Project Message Status is checked, the Unsent Status is not used, whether it is checked or not).
Project Message Status | Description |
Accept | The Bidding Participant Accepted the Bid (indicating that they are planning to Bid) but have not yet submitted the bid. |
Awarded | The Bidding Participant was Awarded the Bid. |
Bid Received | The Bid was received from the Bidding Participant. |
Decline | The Bidding Participant declined to bid. |
Pending | The Bidding Participant was sent an invitation to Bid but has not yet responded formally. |
EMail Unsent Status
The Email Unsent Status is to view those Contacts that are on the Bidding Messaging List but have not yet been sent Invitations to Bid.
Note* To use the Unsent Status as a Filter, ensure no other Project Message Status are checked (otherwise this option will not be used, if a Project Message Status is checked only that is used).
Email Unsent Status | Description |
Unsent | No Invitations have been sent to the Bidding Participant. |
