Filter Participants - Status

The Status section of Filter Participants has the following options.

Note* Not all these statuses may display. Only the Statuses currently applicable to Bidding Participants in the list are displayed.

The number of each type of status is also listed in brackets after the status.

Status

Description

Accept

The Bidding Participant Accepted the Bid (indicating that they are planning to Bid) but have not yet submitted the bid.

Awarded

The Bidding Participant was Awarded the Bid.

Bid Received

The Bid was received from the Bidding Participant.

Decline

The Bidding Participant declined to bid.

Pending

The Bidding Participant was sent an invitation to Bid but has not yet responded formally.

Unsent

No Invitations have been sent to the Bidding Participant.

These are all checkboxes to select one or more Statuses to filter on. Click on the checkbox to select it (box turns grey).

If more than one Status is selected, the following AND/OR logic applies:

QUESTION - WHAT IS THE AND/OR LOGIC APPLIED? Say if they are ALL checked:

(Accept OR Awarded OR Bid Received OR Decline OR Pending (AND Unsent)

If nothing is checked then no filter status is being applied.
