Hierarchy and Groups
The Bidding Participants Messaging List is displayed hierarchically and in Groups according to the View set.
Users can change the view as necessary to effectively manage the Bidding process. See the Bidding Messaging List – View - Change the View.
The views (with the hierarchy and groups) are as follows:
- Trades by Company: Trade -> Company -> Contact -> Contact Trade
- Trades by Contact: Trade -> Contact -> Contact Trade
- Companies: Company -> Contact -> Contact Trade
- Contacts: Contact -> Contact Trade
- Messages: Messages -> Contact -> Contact Trade
- Responses: Responses -> Contact -> Contact Trade
Group Levels
There is always at least one top level group and one detail row in the hierarchy. There are optionally, additional group levels (1 or 2) in between depending on the hierarchy of the view chosen.
