Bidding Messaging Lists - Overview
The Bidding Messaging List, lists all the Contacts that have been added as Bid Participants and status for those Participants.
It is also where:
- Participants can be added or removed
- Participants can be selected to send messages to
- Messages can be sent (invitations to bid, addendums, reminders or general messages)
- Message responses can be managed (such as whether the email been viewed)
- Bid responses can be managed (such as whether the bid has been received and who it has been awarded to)
