Row Types

On the Bidding Messaging List, there are different row types and each has different columns of information:

Trade Row
Company Row
Contact Row
Contact Trade Row
Messages
Responses

Note* In the above list, there are two trade rows that show different information and are in different order in the hierarchy:

Trade Row is a top level row that groups information by trade and can be expanded to show the information in that group.
Contact Trade Row is specific to a Contact. It shows the Trade information for that contact, is where Bid Response Amounts and Status are entered and it is a detailed row that can't be expanded further.

If the row type is not the lowest level of detail in the hierarchy, the row can be expanded to show additional row types. See Bidding Messaging List – Groups - Levels for examples and navigating.

The following are examples of each row type in very simple way (i.e. they have a pending status and all the top level rows are collapsed). There are links in each row type to view more details.

Each row type has a title bar displayed in light grey and then the row details below that. When they are group levels, there are also + signs to expand out that group and see the detail in that group.
