Filter Participants - Trades
The Trades section of Filter Participants enables a filter to be set by one or more trades.
Note* The only Trades that display are those currently applicable to Bidding Participants in the list.
There may be a No Group Trade and a No Parent Group Trade displayed.
No Group - There may be Contacts that have not had a Trade setup for them. To see all Contacts that have no Trade, click on the No Group option.
No Parent Group - When Trades are created, there is an ability to create multiple levels of trades in a hierarchy. See Groups/Trades - Overview. Trades can be assigned to a parent trade (if there is a hierarchy) or just entered as a single level trade. For those Trades that don't have a Parent, they will be categorized under the No Parent Group. Click on the No Parent Group option to see trades without a parent.

There are three basic steps to the Trades Filter:
Narrow the list of Trades displayed for easier selection:
The list of Trades can be narrowed to help with easier selection:
- Narrow the list of Trades by searching for Trades. See Search for a Trade.
- Narrow the list by displaying only those Trades already Selected or Un-Selected. See Selected/Unselected.
Expand or Collapse Trade Groups
To view Sub-Level Trade Groups, see Expand/Collapse Trade Groups.
Select Trades
- Select (or Un-Select) All the Trades listed. See All Trades.
- Select (or Un-Select) Individual Trades, see Individual Trades.
