Activity Score
The Activity Score is advanced functionality that can be used to rate Bidding Participants and used as an input to Award contracts. See Settings - Projects - Project Message Status - Activity Score for more information.
On the Bidding Messages List, if a Contact Row is displayed, (Bid Messages List – View Options) there is an Activity column that can be displayed (the column can be removed from the view via the Settings).
This Activity column displays the average Activity score across all projects for this Bidding Participant.
Generally, the higher the Activity score, it indicates the Bidding Participant is in involved in the the process, and actively bidding or interacting. The lower the Activity Score, the less the Bidding Participant is participating in the process or winning BIds.
The Activity column can be sorted to show in ascending or descending order. See Bidding Messaging List – Navigation - Sort Columns.
