Contracts List - Accessing

Contracts Lists - Overview

The Contracts List displays the Contracts created in the system.

The Contracts List can be searched and/or filtered. Note* If search criteria has been entered or filters applied, the list will show only those that match that criteria.

It is also where:

  • Contracts can be added.
  • Contracts can be selected to view, edit or delete.
  • The Contracts list can be exported to Excel.

Other Project Contract information can be navigated to; to see all Change Orders, Receivable Invoices or to view and manage Change Requests that pertain to this project.

The Contracts list Settings can be changed (to show what columns of information and how many rows display on the list and a default status filter that can be applied).
