Editing an RFQ in the Draft Status

An RFQ in a Draft Status is usually one that has not yet been sent to a Company/Contact. The next step would be to finalize any details and then send to the Company/Contact for a response. (Note* An RFQ could be in another Status and already been sent to the Company/Contact can be manually set back to the Draft Status. This may occur in some circumstances and would be a process specific to an Organization).

The Company/Contact will have been entered when the RFQ was created and can not be changed.

Once an RFQ is in a Draft Status:

  • All the other General Information can be changed.
  • Attachments can be Viewed, Uploaded or Deleted.
  • The RFQ can be sent (or resent) to a Company/Contact for a Response.
  • The RFQ can be deleted.
